Public Classes in Chamonix

For the moment, my public classes are being held on the paragliding landing field in Chamonix. We usually practice under the trees just behind the petanque area. Click this link for a point on Google maps.

Tuesdays: 5:30pm - 6:30pm

Fridays: 10am-11am

Private yoga classes 

I am offering private and completely tailored yoga classes, brought to your house, chalet or hotel throughout the Chamonix Valley, Servoz, Saint Gervais & Megève.

Trained in Hatha Vinyasa Krama yoga at the highly reputable Yogasara studio in Bristol, I can guide you through a varied class incorporating key elements of yoga including asana (physical postures), pranayama (breath practices), mantra & drixti (conscious eye gaze).

Each class will be tailored to the energetic level you'd like to explore: a dynamic flow to challenge and strengthen, bringing heat to your body; or a class to unwind and restore aching limbs and tired minds.

Each class will have a thoughtfully selected playlist to accompany your practice. I love hearing new music so please share if you have any suggestions!

I can provide a limited number of mats, so please let me know how many people wish to participate in the comments box provided when booking your session with me.

Prices for up to 4 people (€15 per person thereafter):

- €80 for a 60 minute class

- €95 for a 75 minute class

- €110 for a 90 minute class

 

e.g. A 60 minute class for 6 people = €120.

Gift vouchers can be made out for any value, please get in touch to purchase directly.
