1 session per month

Your preference of massage or yoga, keeping you tip top for the month ahead.




2 sessions per month

The combination of massage and a 1-2-1 yoga class each month or 2 sessions of your preferred practice.




3 sessions per month

The ultimate package - one 90 minute and two 60 minute sessions of your choice, per month.
